Poor Stay
family with 2 kidsTravelled with family. the Hotel looks terrible when you are walking towards it from the road. The room was pretty clean, but do not expect any service. Since it was a pitstop for us, it was alright for spending a night.

Good stay with food and convenience
coupleThis property is located right behind or attached to Surat's most popular vegetarian restaurant, Sarvottam. This property also has their own restaurant, Tulsi, and it has amazing food too. The staff was very nice and accommodated all our requests. There is a no smoking sign in every room, but it looks like some people really do not follow the signs, and so some of the rooms do smell of smoke even though their policy is strict no smoking. we took a double bedroom since we ended up coming in earlier than intended, and our allotted room was not available. Since the property is located right ndxt to the busiest road, it is necessary to ask room be serviced daily else there would be a lot of dust in your room. One complaint i had was that they could definitely do with better towels since most towels even though they washed looked old and not pleasant to use. what i did not realize is that there is a vegetable market right in front of this property where vendors are lined up along the roadside. This feeling was unpleasant since the vendors threw so much trash by the roadside right where you exited the hotel to catch a cab. overall, it is a decent hotel for the price I paid. The location is very convenient to most textile markets, infact some are even walkable.

I tried cancel-ling my partial booking, but the hotel manager denied. I had a loss of 2500 rs because the manager refused to partial cancel my book

Very good stay without any issue
familyLocation is near station and shopping market also close so good for family hotel should try providing breakfast as there are restaurants nearby for breakfast early in the morning

Good Stay
Room is clean and modern. Service is excellent. They have a big restaurant beside which serves delicious thali and other pure veg dishes. Only issue we faced is room service guys don’t pick the calls when called

Breakfast option
The only problem with the stay is that they don't have a breakfast option or facility i guess. They have their own restaurant below the hotel but it opens around 11:15 am which is almost brunch time. The crockery used for serving tea was also very old and broken. There is a scope of improvement in this area. Otherwise rooms are good.

Stay was gud but
Stay was gud and ambiance was super. It is better improve them in providing better soaps in washroom and also providing of breakfast. If tulsi group develop these issue. Then it will be very happy for customers
