House keeping poor, geyser not working, no time for any thing room cleaning not done on time . Food is very costly and equal to any 5 start

As per price it is a good option. They need to upgrade their service as per their rating. Food i would say it was good , but i would say explore local food as well.

they are charging for packed water which was supposed to be provided as complimentary

Water geyser not working, in such cold climate in gurgaon region it's extremely difficult to survive. Breakfast included in the package, first in the morning gave couple of choices later as per their comfort served different lousy breakfast, cleanliness was pathetic, overall worst experience

It was a overall good stay but only paratha in breakfast & have to ask for everything like water bottle & bathroom kit. Staff behaviour was good. Room was clean & nice though there were no windows in the room.

Very small rooms, not meant for more than 2 medium sized adults tiny size bathroom dirty and stained bed sheets and pillow covers stained blanket covers geyser not working in the bathroom, had to get hot water buckets from neighbouring rooms

Room is too small and toilet was clean but blanket were dirty. Room service is good. But food price are too high. Disturbance sound in the premise. By the other rooms

Rooms are like cubicle, vibes not good. Not made for couple, single individual can stay for day r couple. No windows in cubicle room. Finding place is also tough. Getting ola and uber is also difficult in this region.

The property is super easy to spot its bang on the road the manager mr ajay and night receptionist mr mohan are wonderfully warm and helpful and food is excellent

Room are small not as per pic shown, break fast and lunch only bread and veg thali.

The manager clearly denied accommodation to me saying that the inventory was full. I called the support team of mm t and they assisted me well. The manager finally gave me the check in but room was untidy, very small and had an outdated intercom. Pathetic stay overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
