Not Recommended for Families – Poor Service & Misleading Charges
The only positives were the location and the daal baati. Beyond that, the experience was disappointing and frustrating.
Overcharging Issues: We were charged double or even triple for liquor, with no bills provided at all, which felt extremely unethical.
Unclear Policies: Our booking included breakfast, yet there was no buffet, and tea was chargeable, which is unheard of.
Poor Service & Staff Behavior: Waiters were rude and unprofessional. Roles and responsibilities seem unclear – total mismanagement.
Inappropriate for Families: Rooms are designed for couples or bachelors, not family-friendly. The pool is in the ‘boys' area’, making it inaccessible for families.
Subpar Food & Service: Food was average at best. Wrong items were delivered (e.g., tandoori chaap instead of malai chaap) and we were pressured to accept them.
Ridiculous Pricing: ₹50 for a single tawa roti for a toddler? Completely unreasonable.
Room & Facility Issues: Rooms were small, untidy, overpriced, and we faced 10+ power cuts in under 19 hours.
Despite seeing similar complaints earlier, there’s been no improvement.
Conclusion: Only suitable (barely) for bachelors or couples, but even then, not worth the cost. Definitely not recommended for families.
