Location is at right place. The property is mostly outsourced. I was running late, so I called them 2 hours in advance. I checked in at 430 PM, however rooms were still not made ready. Complimentary water bottles are just one (One litre) per room booking when people per room are 3. Room service, reception keep their phone away and leave the office by 9 PM. So no one there to attend the calls in evening. No one is bothered including manager who will inform housekeeping boys or assist the guest with luggage transfer also. Breakfast timings are kept pathetic, 830 AM onwards. When we confirmed it was informed 8 AM. Their kitchen staff itself comes at 830 or 9 AM. The restaurant is outsourced, food is good and staff was also nice. However this restaurant is third party managed. Morning also no one helped us to check out from room, taking out luggage or keep it till car. When spoken to Manager, the answers were absurd. Over all experience was worst ever in my life when we travelled two families, paid them each and every penny well in advance and haven't got the basic room services ( just one tooth brush per room, they might feel 3 people will share single tooth brush), one litre water per day per room, self service of luggage drop from car to room or room to car. No calls, no wifi, no TV working, no Tata Sky working. When we asked for support - no one was bothered to confirm back or resolve it. There was no sorry or apology towards inconivience caused to Family. Overall I will say such properties should be DELISTED from MMT or not to be displayed to VIP travellers.
