Room and Toilet were neat and clean. But no hot water available in bathroom. Rooms are not sound proof. Can not sleep due to some works going on the nearby room even after night. Other than that, cleanness, car parking, food were excellent

Rooms are stingy. TV nor working. No ventilation. Kind of lodge than a hotel. Not worth the money. More better hotels are available for this tariff.

The place was really good with a nice ambience and tasty food. Overall, a comfortable stay. It would be even better if early check-in and check-out options were allowed.

Location is at right place. The property is mostly outsourced. I was running late, so I called them 2 hours in advance. I checked in at 430 PM, however rooms were still not made ready. Complimentary water bottles are just one (One litre) per room booking when people per room are 3. Room service, reception keep their phone away and leave the office by 9 PM. So no one there to attend the calls in evening. No one is bothered including manager who will inform housekeeping boys or assist the guest with luggage transfer also. Breakfast timings are kept pathetic, 830 AM onwards. When we confirmed it was informed 8 AM. Their kitchen staff itself comes at 830 or 9 AM. The restaurant is outsourced, food is good and staff was also nice. However this restaurant is third party managed. Morning also no one helped us to check out from room, taking out luggage or keep it till car. When spoken to Manager, the answers were absurd. Over all experience was worst ever in my life when we travelled two families, paid them each and every penny well in advance and haven't got the basic room services ( just one tooth brush per room, they might feel 3 people will share single tooth brush), one litre water per day per room, self service of luggage drop from car to room or room to car. No calls, no wifi, no TV working, no Tata Sky working. When we asked for support - no one was bothered to confirm back or resolve it. There was no sorry or apology towards inconivience caused to Family. Overall I will say such properties should be DELISTED from MMT or not to be displayed to VIP travellers.

Room service not available, They provided 1 litre drinking water per day. If we need more go and fill by ur self.

I would like to share few points, which will help ramraj regency to improve their performance : 1) complimentary breakfast was just an average level & repeated the same menu daily. 2) before check-in, by customers, the management should check thoroughly all amenities in rooms, as i faced tv problem as it was not working for the first two days of my stay as well as in other 3 rooms also i booked. 3) for breakfast tokens & water bottles (complimentary) we have to approach reception and get them done (in other hotels, they used to deliver it in room itself. 4) during my stay, hot water was not available for a day. 5) intercom & wi-fi were not working on my last day stay. For the above complaints & concerns, the hotel management was not taking immediate action - they take their own time to rectify. No photo was taken. Done.

We got bedbugs all around our bed. Couldn’t sleep whole night. They bit my parents back & face. Even bedsheets looked stained and not cleaned properly

Very bad experience. Toilets are stinky and there is no hot water in the morning. Very unhygienic food, got a bad stomach after eating. You get only one towel for an occupancy of two. Morning breakfast was pathetic, and its like a mess, served unhygienic,

We were hardly been at the hotel, the room was ok ! worth the money. But the reception staff needs to be more courteous and responsive. A bit upset as this is the first time ever we had experienced this. Wish they had little more training to handle the customers. From checkin to breakfast full confusions. The hotel is ok, well placed and the rooms are satisfactory. Over all good except for some short comings.

Good behavior property is very good and claim from city auto or bus required food is wonderful of' peril ' restraturent on top floor
