Good Location. Faced Frequent power failures during my whole stay

The hotel is centrally located and offers good amenities and service. But, I experienced frequent power outages throughout the night, lasting 4-5 minutes each time, which disrupted my sleep. The hotel should invest in a better power backup system to ensure a more pleasant stay for guests.

As part of my job, I frequently stay at 4-star and 5-star hotels in various cities, and I always expect a certain standard of comfort and service. However, during my stay in Room No. 204, I was quite disappointed. The chair in the room was damaged, and there was an issue with the toilet seat, which caused significant inconvenience. Considering the room tariff for a single night, the overall experience was far below expectations. I am sharing this feedback so that necessary improvements can be made to ensure better guest satisfaction in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I visited Ramada Aligarh yesterday, and my experience was truly excellent. The hotel's facilities, rooms, dinner, breakfast, and the overall building were all amazing. A special mention to Guest Relation Officer Miss Aditi, whose behavior and professionalism were outstanding. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely love to visit again in the future.

Pathetic cleaniness - far below the brand's standard of Ramada.

Terrible experience. Mr Javed was very unwelcoming. The room was dirty - the runner & curtains had stains, the channel of the balcony was so dirty as if it has not cleaned since days. The room had seepage & there was dirt everywhere as if it has not cleaned since many days. As the brand name Ramada has a lot of standard but this hotel disappoints to the core for the hygiene standard. Do not recommend because of the unprofessional housekeeping staff. The good points are the valet attendant was very warm & the buffet breakfast was decent.
