I didn't stay in this property and i requested for cancel stay

I want to say that i didn't stay in this property and i called customer care and told that please cancel this and refund. Because i denied to stay in this hotel to hotel manger because this hotel is not suitable for family. My request for cancellations created that day and resolving date expected was 15/01/2023. But now i can't seen of cancellation request on make my trip. I didn't check in this hotel. So make my trip is not a good platform to book hotels.
