Nice property within the city market is near to purchase with family items but it's a very old building need to renovate all the rooms and ambience little bit congested parking but its an average hotel staff are so co-operative

HOTEL's location is in centre, from here you can easily travel to railway station or bus stand

I arrived at the hotel and they were full and did not have a room for me. I was forced to find a different place to stay by myself. I would like to get my money back because i was not able to stay at the hotel i paid for.

very bad experience because hotel is not maintained by them no cleaning n proper maintenance room bad sprade also dirty condition Please always check the property condition .

Services like intercom & washroom tap was not proper in condition & tv box like was show piece no channel is running because of not recharge of tata sky

We vacated within 14 hrs of checking inspite of paying for 2 days. There was toxic smell inside room, was suffocating.

Terrible experience bed linen was dirty, wifi & internal phone was is not working and no hot water at bathroom. Made complaint to hotel staff but they told us no other linen available & due to non availability of technical personal not able to solve issue of wifi n intercom for hot water they told issue in pipeline so we have to bare with them

Location is good, other than that everything was average. They didnt even offer water for the customer they charge for that
