Location is good. Restaurant facilities were not avaliable. Services were not up to the mark, it could have been better.

Hotel is situated at a very dirty road, though its near by secunderabad railway station, hotel room was not like which has been shown, no proper toiletries was provided and commode seat covering cap was broken also flush was not working, there were no inhouse restaurant in the hotel, i asked room service two times for coffee and the room service person said to me that " sir bahar se lana padegi" hotel staff had have no concern for the guest after check in, old damage amenities. Overall had a very bad experience. Hotel is situated at very dirty road, room was not same as shown. commode was broken, flush was not working, old amenities, there were no inhouse restaurant, i asked for coffee two time room service person said to me "sir bahar se lana padegi

I chose the place because of its location close proximity to secunderabad railway station, literally walking distance. Nice restaurants and markets and bus station is located near the hotel however the quality and standard of the rooms, and good staff is a dire necessity. The rooms are infested with bugs and bedsheets are dirty. Inspite of the drawback i would still go for the hotel for its locational advantage. Location near market and railway station road

I chose this hotel for its location. The rooms are spacious but needs a lot of cleaning and get rid of bugs. Trained staff are not available. I will surely choose this hotel again when i visit secunderabad and hope to see some improvement.

Rooms shown in the photos are fully different. Not cleaned as expected. Bathroom lock was not working. No towel, shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brush, electric kettle was provided, worst experience ever.

The hotel is conveniently located, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff are courteous and extended good service.

Stayed 3 nights. Hotel premises and reception space were clean. Behavior was cordial. Enjoyed staying. Keep it up.

The hygiene is very poor. No cleanliness. Cockroaches are there in rooms. No towels are given cleaned. Have to ask for room cleaning everytime.

Hotel staff is rude. Rooms are not hygienic. Cocroches on floor and on the bed. Very bad experience with this hotel. Also, it showed breakfast included but in morning hotel persons denied.

Charged extra. Charged extra money for breakfast, and told take refund from make my trip. This is not acceptable. Need full refund

Not suitable for family at all. Walkable distance from station, cleanliness was fine. Room size is also ok.

Our staff suman pal stayed there, 1. Ac did-not work in deluxe room, 2. Staffs asked mm t bookings are not welcome so asked to leave or pay again, after fight he got his room, 3. Staffs behavior is very bad n poor, 4. Even they did-not served breakfast after requesting for little earlier. No one should stay there

It is a terrible experience of this hotel due to miscommunication between make my trip & hotel. Due to that our family members standing for 2 hours in front of the hotel desk.

The room was not clean with walls, floor and specially bathroom very dirty. They denied breakfast even though it was mentioned in the booking slip. The tv was not working as well. No, thanks
