Good vibe and atmosphere overall. Spacious property and hospitable staff. Washroom cleanliness was an issue. Geyser wasn't working and I think it was understaffed. Overall a very good experience. Best for families.

Property location is very good, just opposite the main attraction of the place. Staff behavior is very cozy. Food is also at per. The power backup, the interior is good. In few rooms damp was there in the wall but manageable.

location is good While power cuts they don't use Genset.for back up they're dependent on Inverter. Food quality is bad & No Choice especially if Ur vegetarian.

Never expected a government hotel of such high standard of service and food quality . In a place like Kushinagar , such standard are hard to find.

I recently stayed at Pathik Niwas during my visit to Kushinagar and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The property is ideally located near major Buddhist sites like the Mahaparinirvana Temple, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with basic but comfortable amenities. The peaceful surroundings added to the charm, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere after a day of travel. One of the highlights of the stay was the in-house restaurant. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced. The menu offered a good variety of options, and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a real bonus not having to step out for meals. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Pathik Niwas is a great budget-friendly stay option in Kushinagar with the added benefit of a quality restaurant on site.

Average, cleaning and hygiene was not found. Smelling bedsheet, pillow was also smelling, water is not provided, mineral water is not complimentary, charged room much for one bottle (29 rs)

Excellent rooms, specious lawn and beyond expectation quality service, restaurant also very good. Pls. Keep it up.

Room service staff was so arrogant, we checked in at 9:40pm 9:45 we ordered chilly paneer, and order taker at call you want anything else apart from this we are going to close the kitchen, and other orders will be taken after this, i requested him start preparing this send this as starters, and let me see menu and i will call back you in 5 minutes,. And in reply he said no you have to order now or i will take your order, then when order the main course, and requested him to send the staters as before the main course as it take time prepare full meal, because we are hungry, he replied so rudely no order will send in one go as it's to late and staff has to go home they stay whole night for your orders. And disconnected the call and after half an hour when i haven't received my order till 10:30pm i called room service 5-6 times but no one received the call, then i contacted reception and complaint about the same, he service kitchen staff is having dinner they will make your after then are done with thier dinner. And after 1 hours, after the complaint i received my order at around 11:30pm. And food quality was also patathic, worst food i have ever experienced in any hotel before this experience. Only thing is good is rooms.

Stay was comfortable, nice ambience. Ac deluxe rooms are good. Food was expensive. But tell me who charge 28 rs for mineral water? that too in a govt. Hotel.

This hotel is govt. Property so the staff behaviour is like sarkari babu. Location is good with nice atmosphere food was tasty with reasonable rates room service is terrible cleaning of room and bedsheet was not proper

The cleanliness was not upto expectation although property location and space was good but room cleanliness can be improved. Atleast they should provide food till 10:30 pm which was denied by hotel.

Rooms were clean, outside view and parking space are excellent, staff was very co-operative. Overall good experience, i do not face any problem.
