The staff is welcoming, the restaurant selections are amazing and the Ethyl bar is a must visit. 3 out of 5. The ambience is pleasant, but the staff is slow. The breakfast spread was nice. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was clean and spacious too. The bathrobe was a very nice touch. That said, service response time was slower than expected and attentiveness at the restaurant) fell short. Overall, it’s an okay option but I expected a bit more in terms of service efficiency for the price point.

The hotel is very nicely located in the centre of the city with proximity to every landmark and has excellent facilities & clean rooms, spacious washrooms . However, the food is extremely expensive even by the Standard of radisson and the coupon provided by MMT are not availed by the hotel.

There was power fluctuations constantly at the hotel and the lights gets turned off and on constantly. Also the AC gets off when the power goes and comes back and have to turn on the AC. This was a huge problem during night
