A True Mini Haveli Experience — Loved Every Bit!

Khohar Haveli is a beautiful escape tucked away in a traditional Indian village, just about 45 minutes from Rajeev Chowk. You’re instantly transported into a world of authentic rural charm — with peacocks, buffaloes, the soothing smell of mitti, and fresh open air. It truly feels like stepping into a dadi-nani house — warm, nostalgic, and full of soul. The haveli itself is spacious and regal, with four beautiful bedrooms and a huge pool that gives major mini palace vibes. We absolutely lived and loved the experience. The staff were exceptional — warm, helpful, and attentive. The food menu is surprisingly extensive, and everything we tried was delicious. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet luxurious stay with a taste of real India, Khohar Haveli is a perfect choice.

A exceptional experience just an hour away

I have recently made a booking with Khohar Haveli for 15 friends for a day. It was for a surprise baby shower for our friend and it’s totally worth it. Few highlights : the route it pretty straight forward and it’s a complete highway if you go from Gurgaon, last 5 mins stretch is little off but rest is all highway. The food and the chefs here are amazing be it snacks , mani course, dessert, breakfast. It will really give you that authentic haveli vibe so rich and beautiful. Food , place, attendees , chef, every single thing was on point. Infact they were really helpful I forgot few stuffs there and when I told them they couriered it to me without even asking for anything. In total it was a perfect find, please try it out.

groupSmall property, 1 hour drive from gurugram. Access is good except for the last 1km, which is rough food choice is wide but quality 4/5. Service is average. In room amenities are good. Common area upkeep and hygiene is wanting. Our booking experience was also painful- simply too many calls and advance requirements.

We were drawn to its charming, old-world haveli feel. The number of staff available was impressive, and we appreciated the attentive service. The food was also quite enjoyable. However, there were some concerns that impacted our overall experience. The most significant issue was the presence of a large number of houseflies, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the hygiene levels could have been better; for example, our room wasn’t cleaned during our entire two-day stay. The play area in the basement also had a noticeable dampness and stuffiness, likely due to the rainy season, which made it less inviting. We hope these issues can be addressed, as they detract from what is otherwise a promising property. ”

Poor hospitality, not worthy

Hospitality was totally poor, no managment according to the guests. Made bookings for 14 guests and they provided the accomodation for 12 guests. Lizards were all around the property even in bed rooms and washrooms too. It’s overpriced, not even a luxury stay as mentioned.

Perfect rustic villa/haveli for a weekend getaway

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends and family, just 1. 5 hours out from delhi. Excellent staff who ensure to take care of your needs. Served delicious meals. The villa is rustic but well kept.
