Unacceptable staff training, dirty bathroom fittings, no water in shower, dirty upholstery and bed covers especially. The staff at front desk and mostly mgmt is badly trained freshers, no senior mgmt or if present never visible or taking care of anything. Property just left to rot and fooling guests into booking a Radisson, but itโs worse than . Only exception is food, it is good.

Bad experience!! The room was small. The toilet was extremely unhygienic, and to make matters worse, the toilet seat was broken. Totally unacceptable. Not staying here again.
