Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I would give this property 3 stars. The location is not convenient for guests without vehicles, and the entrance does not convey a five-star standard. The interiors were disappointing, the washroom drainage was poor, and the shower quality was below average. The vanity area floor was sticky and seemed poorly cleaned. The only highlight of my stay was the staff, who were polite, professional, and courteous.

In the picture when we made booking tub was shown in room , later we found out it was not there.Also , we booked in with extra charges for 3 people but still we were asked to pay for extra child bedding .

The stay was ok. The room was without window. Though clean but the telephone was not working and i had difficulty in reaching out to reception. The toiletries were not sufficient, no hair drier in the room. Breakfast was good. Overall an average experience for me, if i look at radisson blu hotels.
