I will never stay here again. Water was not available in the bathroom in the morning. Although I booked with breakfast but I checked out hotel at 08:15 am without breakfast.

Staying was Good,Food was God .Staff behavior and Room services were Good. Have Good Experience.

The window curtains in room 107 were not obscure at all and caused significant discomfort.Even the toilet windows were not properly covered.I had to ask housekeeping to seal the gaps with newspaper in the toilet and requested to add another layer of curtain to the window to ensure privacy in the bed room.

Rooms were small . The room that i was given the AC was not working later they shifted me to another room . Complimentary Dinner & Breakfast was not good as you have to choose between combos for 1 portion. Anything apart from that is chargeable

Most budget friendly in the heart of the city with prompt service. Adequate rooms for solo as well as group stay.

The room is good, neat and clean, The staff is also nice and the food test is also good, The location is near asansol railway station.

I was given a double room with a bed which does not accommodate 2 people, after that on request they changed the room which was better but not sufficient. Room intercom was out of order every time we had to come down to reception for room service. Morning tea is available after 8. Am. But the staff are well behaved and helpful. Property is not maintained properly. Over all the hotel should not be eligible for make my trip recommended list.

Pathetic experience, dirty, unhygenic, lousy service. These people were allotting me the single smallest room while i payed for a double. On arguing, i got a double but not the one i was allotted. They said i had to pay extra cash to get it. The audacity of the person at the reception/ the half owner brother that he said since you’re alone, you have to take the single room. I would recommend against booking here. The room is got was with dirty and un-maintained furniture, dirty linen with spots and stains. Even the door’s lock was getting stuck most of the times.

They don't accommodate after booking is confirmed in mmt. Worst experience. My whole money has been lost because i need to book a new hotel

We were forced to say. We have been deceived by booking from your portal. How you can charge extra for breakfast when any one item is included in room rent. The amount charged by you is much more compared to hotel rate chart. It is my mistake but don't deceive people like this.

For a short stay it's ok. Don't expect any luxury but clean and comfortable. Rooms are a bit small.

Overall experience was good. Polite staff and rooms were clean. Food is tasty.

Location, food quality , behaviour of the staff and price are excellent. Stay is highly recommended.

Cockroaches are there on th floor ans there was no chair in room, also plug socket is not working. Receptionist has help to get an extension cord

Lift is very dirty bad smell was coming from it

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Dirty hallways and rooms. Rude and manner less staff who threatened me by saying that, we will buy you and then make you disappear. There was a killing that happened in this hotel.

Perfect location, easy to access.

The infrastructure of the hotel is very poor. The rooms are very small. Cats loitering in the corridor uncleaned. The wifi telephone and tv did not work. Had to complain 5 times in my two days' stay for fixing them. It is very overpriced for two days. Overall highly unsatisfied. I believed the rating of MakeMyTrip at 4.2 but can not rely upon in the future.
