dear guest, where will u find food at late night 1 am ...u checked in at about 1 am at night.if u r checkin so late at night then u should do ur dinner and then come to hotel...what service do u need at 1 am..we provided u so late at night isnt that enough....if there is no mode of communication then how come 1000 of people are coming....this is clear cut misutilisation of this ratings and comment section by guests like u all...nothing more to say from our side.
Poor Stay
The rooms were not clean and the bathroom condition is not good. The location of the hotel is terrible

dear sir, first of all what uncleaniness u r talking about....pls elaborate...we maintain full cleaniness and hygiene and all basic facilities in our hotel , we hv been doing so from last 15 years and ever after. location wise v r located at main city hub...very near to bus stand and railway station...nothing is going to change from ur ratings and comment.

It's nice & worth staying in this property.
This property has provided us very good facility during our stay. Behaviour of the staff was very friendly & co-operative. Of course, the credit goes to the owner of the property for maintaining such a congenial atmosphere therein.

Not so goo
This is located inside the market area. Too much traffic. The rooms are not upto the mark. Bathroom is below average.

sir our hotel is located in the most apt location which is very near to railway station and bus stand . we simply deny your points. we keep all our rooms up to date and washroom always clean. i wonder how can two different guests on the same day same type of room but such varied review and comments.

respected sir, sorry for the issues raised by you. but i would like to correct you that why shall v give u a room with unclear bedhseet and uncleaned washroom.is it possible.bedhseets are pure white bedsheets and washrooms are properly cleaned everyday sir because this is our duty as well as responsibility. perhaps it might be that the defination of clean and clear is different in ur eyes than our eyes.

It was a pleasant stay! room was clean!and quite affordable. If u are looking for a good, neat and clean room, u can book it with closing your eyes. The property is very inside, you ll get difficult to reach it out. Although it was nice!

thank u mam for ur wonderful words. we were also happy to serve you. but just one thing i would like to say.our property is located at the centre most business point of asansol from where railways station is just 1.5 km and bus stand is just .5 km. variety of cheap best n hygienic food options also available.

respected sir, thank you for your ratings and generous comment. let me inform you sir our hotel is located in the center of the most commercial market hub of Asansol. it is hardly .5 km from bus stand and 1.5 k from railway station. You can ask anybody they will guide you.every mode of conveyance is available. u also have google maps support sir. Thanks for your visit sir. we look forward for your visit again.

respected sir, we totally donot agree with your view.we provide our best to all our guests.how can u label as unprofesional and unhygienic.u have commented that it should be 600 700 range .it seems that if we provide u rooms for free then also u will pinpoint .

sir, we request you to kindly tell all the facts. also request you not to misutilise this facility of ratings and comments section. let me say what u did. first of all u were a set of 2 persons who r complete drunkards .u destroyed our hotel room tv and broke our room wall clock and glasses.secondly u call for room service every 5 mins.our room service boys served u 20 times in a day but still u r an unsatisfied guest which v cant help it.
Clean and good. Staff are polite
It is situated in the middle of the wholesale market, there is complete safety and lift etc. The room is clean and the room is big, there is adequate arrangement for food and drink nearby.
