room full of fungi, bad smell, no ventilation in bathroom. room no 112 is just nightmares. don't book hotel santinibas maithan , no room service, resturant no operation in morning, no morning tea available. lots of disfunction.

Average Stay
Decent rooms. Not very clean. WiFi is not working. The phone network (both Airtel and Jio) is also not working inside the rooms. Food is okayish taste wise and highly expensive. 2 boiled eggs costs Rs. 60/-. For food I would highly recommend Hotel Shankar just outside of hotel premises. There you can get great food. Overall I would suggest booking Muktodhara (WB tourism) or Majumdar Niwas (DVC guest house) instead of this hotel.

Rooms are well maintained but costly. Service is not upto the mark, Specially in the restaurant section. Prices are too much.

Food service was terrible
The room prices are high as per facility. Also, the food service was terrible. The taste of food was not good and the time taken for food preparation was very high. Not happy overall with the stay.

plan to visit once more with family and friend enjoyed on the trip .. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

Good place bad staff
It's a overall good hotel. Better from near by hotels. But you won't get mobile network there. Even wifi was not working. Staffs are not good. Food was average.
