As u mentioned that we did not provide u towel and soap, we would like to inform you sir that all these amenities and toiletries are already present in the room before u check in. dear guest, where will u find food at late night 1 am ...u checked in at about 1 am at night.if u r checkin so late at night then u should do ur dinner and then come to hotel...what service do u need at 1 am..we provided u so late at night isnt that enough....if there is no mode of communication then how come 1000 of people are coming....this is clear cut misutilisation of this ratings and comment section by guests like u all...nothing more to say from our side.

sir our hotel is located in the most apt location which is very near to railway station and bus stand . we simply deny your points. we keep all our rooms up to date and washroom always clean. i wonder how can two different guests on the same day same type of room but such varied review and comments.

respected sir, sorry for the issues raised by you. but i would like to correct you that why shall v give u a room with unclear bedhseet and uncleaned washroom.is it possible.bedhseets are pure white bedsheets and washrooms are properly cleaned everyday sir because this is our duty as well as responsibility. perhaps it might be that the defination of clean and clear is different in ur eyes than our eyes.

sir, we request you to kindly tell all the facts. also request you not to misutilise this facility of ratings and comments section. let me say what u did. first of all u were a set of 2 persons who r complete drunkards .u destroyed our hotel room tv and broke our room wall clock and glasses.secondly u call for room service every 5 mins.our room service boys served u 20 times in a day but still u r an unsatisfied guest which v cant help it.
