Hotel Ambassador Retreat

There was a terrible smell in the room and the washroom was very dirty. In the evening there were a lot of bugs in the washroom. By night there were cockroaches and other insects in the room which kept bothering us

Stay was good but the overall rooms are old and not kept properly. Quite dirty cupboard and facilities are just ok

Room was very small. There was window AC with no flaps. The extra bedding provided was of no use. no one can sleep on that. 3 pax had to adjust on one bed. Room service was good. Complementary breakfast quality was below par. Fruits provided were also not looking fresh.

Property location is good. Easy to commute to railway station and bus stand. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Amenities are adequate. There is no bar lounge. You can drink in your room. Service is a bit slow. Overall a good stay.

Hotel is old. Breakfast is not good, bed not good enough. All immunities are old, blankets are not covered

Indeed it was a great stay. The hotel is located at the prime location in the middle of the city with good communication and amenities. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was overall good with a free breakfast. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Overall a great hotel with good hospitality.

The hotel was in a very good location, very close to the railway station. Overall clean, the food was good. Overall the service was satisfactory. The staff was very helpful too. I was travel-ling alone but felt safe in the hotel.

Dirty bed sheets, pillow, dirty elevator, corridor to start with. Distasteful breakfast is served for free, no care for serving less spicy n oily food

It is good on main road easy for transportation also neat and clean, staff behaviour is good, food quality is also ok.

Good: cleanliness, food quality, security. If you stay on the 5th floor, pls note lift is available till the 4th floor. The hotel staff is courteous, available parking facility. Medicine and other shops are available nearby. It takes 5 mins to reach railway station. Average hotel but it's ok as similar to an ambassador car.

The staff are very uncultured people, don't know how to behave with people. More over the manager was most horrible person. They had served me food in dirty plates and the food was 100% rotten. They didn't gave me water bottle in the room. I booked room for 2 days but checked out the next day. Very bad experience, please do not book any room in this hotel.

The hotel denied my check in some how after discussing with mmt people they agreed to let me check in, the dinner ordered was wrongly placed by the staff on the morning while bathing time the water ran out total failure of the management and customer guest harrasment very bad experience
