Average Stay
The property is at a good location but is mainly for banquet purpose…it does not give that authentic vibe of a resort. Rest the food is also average as both butter chiken and dal makhani were very very oily. Room is good in size with nice view.

Terrible Stay
1. did not give the room that we booked 2. swimming pool is very dirty. 3. In this property you show that there are many acivities and game zone but all things only for show off. All thing are closed they said we did not get approval to open this 4. the food is very costly, very overpriced. Tawa roti - 110rs plua gst, daal — 600 plus gst and even we ordered a can of coke the MRP on can is 40rs they have charged 120 plus GST extra The experience in this property is worst. Please not stay in this property.

The food and services were excellent and there was a lot to do but indoor games need improvement’s because the furniture was damage.

familyIn this property you show that there is very amenities in this property like indoor pool, spa, indoor games. But this all things is only for show off all these things are closed they sad that these things are closed for renovation but there is no renovation work is going on there.

Good Stay
Hotel is quite far away from the city. So, taxi services are expensive. Also, when i visited, many amenities were not available due to construction. Otherwise, stay here is very nice. You get the actual feeling of being close to nature. Wifi was good, staff is very professional and polite. The view from the restaurant is awesome.

familyPunarnava resort is the best resort spread in 100 acres in dehradoon surrounded by mountains and millions of trees. Absolutely beautiful fresh air peaceful. Food staff rooms ambience excellent. Paradise on earth must visit property

My experience with
No facilities were there. Pool was dirty. Indoor pool was not in service. There was no buffet and food was served on alakat. Spa was also not working. Everything was only on demand. They are charging just for nothing they are paying to travel blogger only to make fake vedios. Very horrible experience. Even if i get a chance to stay free of charge than resort also i won't stay.

worst property, recommend not to go
Under construction room, cockroaches flying, dirty bed, unclean room ( you can see lot of bottles under cot), bathroom dirty , no hot water, food really bad, over all I loss my money, not worth to pay big amount and get room like I’m staying in dharamshala . Over rated property which is not even one percent worth staying and spending.

Absolutely pathetic service, the property is beautiful but it is so understaffed. They have so many rooms and so less staff to take care. Water leaks from the bath tub. Do not take the buffet plan, it is literally like bhandara with no service

Merits* 1. Great location 2. Great sanitation 3. Good maintenance 4. Dining is good 5. Well decorated 6. Good house keeping 7. Well constructed 8. Nestled in forest cons 1. Poor response by the lobby 2. Everything takes time there. Nothing happens soon. 3. No spa and therapies were available 4. Due to restaurant at the top floor, it's difficult to stay down. 5. Amenities needs to be improved. 6. Inhouse doctor and transportation is a must and should.
