I booked this hotel months in advance, but just two days before my scheduled arrival, i was informed that the property was overbooked and was asked to change to a different location. While we agreed to this adjustment, a medical emergency later forced me to cancel my plans. Despite providing valid medical documents and requesting a refund well before check-in, the hotel refused my request. It’s disappointing to see a lack of flexibility and professionalism, especially when guests are expected to accommodate changes from the hotel’s side. I’m sure the room i canceled was re-booked for someone else, yet no consideration was given to my situation. I hope the management rethinks their approach to customer service. Based on my experience, i cannot recommend this hotel to others
