We would like to let you know, We have restaurant named as Silbatta and it’s on the top floor from there only you have get your complimentary breakfast, To book a cab you should try Ola & Rapido both are available or else local E-Rickshaw is available. Yes there is minimum distance between Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Hotel like 1km if you like to walk till temple and property you can. Thanks & Regards Siddhant-MD

A very good stay!

I stayed here for 3 days, and it was lovely. Prompt staffs, well mannered and my family was inspired by the hospitality and the location is also good. Not too far from both Varanasi Cantt. and Manduadih! While Vishwanath Mandir is just 1.5 kms away.

It's located in a very narrow lanes of Varanasi. It's not possible for cars to reach there. Had a very difficult time reaching there with my luggage. The images shown and the reality is different. Not worth the money I have paid for. Very disappointed with MMT about their tie ups with such properties.

Thank you so much for your feedback sir, We have Housekeeping and bell boys to transfer the luggage sir but 5-6 trolley bag & 3-4 bagpacks was unexpected for us that a couple could carry while travelling, We thought 2 boys will be enough for carrying your luggage but 5 Housekeeping boys went to carry your luggage still they left you unsatisfied. The images shown you is not different from what you get. You got exactly what you booked but still you’re unsatisfied. We tried our level best to make your stay most comfortable but we failed just because you kept an image in your mind that you’ll get nothing. Sir your expectations was too high although we tried to match but we failed, Extremely sorry for inconvenience caused to you sir, After serving you we get to know that no one could ever satisfy you sir. You were not ready to pay for parking you were not ready to pay food bills sir, We only charged you what you eat still you were not ready to pay single penny. Anyways we’ll try to satisfy you next time by serving in a much better way.

My stay at p. S. Recidency was good. Check in experience-the front desk staff greeted us warmly and us checked within 2-3 mins staff behaviour-hotel staff behavior is very good, specially the owner of the hotel. Room quality-room was clean. "i lost my mobile phone, upon hearing that the owner of the hotel took me in his private car and gave me all the help i needed to find the mobile" even as my return train was late, they dutifully left my luggage for almost 12 hours after i checked out without any extra charge.

Hotel located in remote and narrow lanes. Inspite of booking 3 months in advance rooms were not allocated on time. Service also very poor with no toiletries provided, though written in booking information. Hotel manager just sweet talks and later denies providing service. Not fit to be rated as two star hotel. Overall a very bad experience

familyStaff was very much friendly, helpful. Staff behaviour was really very good. Hotel was clean. Lemon Tea, Bread butter toast, Bread omlette - was tasty. There is no lift. It is around 2 kms away from Godowlia and situated in by lanes. So sometimes it is difficult to find by Auto drivers and cab drivers. Bathroom is small. Everyday they changed bed sheet, towels. They changed pillow covers also when requested. Lanes are quite narrow around this hotel. This is actually a residential area. There is a small temple just beside the hotel. Bathroom geyser was really good. TV and intercom was working. There is no parking place, no security guard. Hotel staff was very hardworking and they were really trying to make guests comfortable. It is approx. 5 km from station. Whether at 1 a.m. at night or 4 a.m. at night they were ready to help. They were cleaning room and bathroom everyday. They even gave us cake for new year.

I booked this hotel months in advance, but just two days before my scheduled arrival, i was informed that the property was overbooked and was asked to change to a different location. While we agreed to this adjustment, a medical emergency later forced me to cancel my plans. Despite providing valid medical documents and requesting a refund well before check-in, the hotel refused my request. It’s disappointing to see a lack of flexibility and professionalism, especially when guests are expected to accommodate changes from the hotel’s side. I’m sure the room i canceled was re-booked for someone else, yet no consideration was given to my situation. I hope the management rethinks their approach to customer service. Based on my experience, i cannot recommend this hotel to others
