the room was tidy but not that neat, as per previous reviews. charged extra for the water bottle, knew about the extra charge only at checkout time. breakfast buffet was average as well. low price for the rooms when compared to the location, which were near to most good restaurants and other attractions. only had 10 min walk to the metro station.

It was charged for breakfast but we didn't get it, reception person said, due to price issue in there website, they have charges less and for the amount which is charged, they can't provide breakfast there is no logic behind it, also no clean washrooms

I had booked 2 Deluxe Queen Rooms for 5 guests, out of which only 4 guests checked in. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and rooms was completely unacceptable and not as promised, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

They charged extra for early check in even after saying I will check out with in 8 hours. Room service only one towel provided. No hot water. Staff was not friendly no proper response.

The stay was comfortable but the staff did not answer properly they were rudely declined our request for an extra matress and asked us to talk directly with the make my trip team and it was too late to make any conversation

I visited Hyderabad for my family’s biometric. I chose the hotel Prowell due to its proximity to the location. So the location is good. The pictures in the hotel listing are very misleading and the hotel is not even remotely close to how it appears online. The hotel is very untidy, the rooms are very small, bed was a small queen bed ( it said it will be good for 2 adults and 2 kids) but the size of the bed is not sufficient for a family of this size (either they should have a king bed or 2 singles). Anyways the bedding is not very clean as well so cleanliness is an overall problem in the hotel. Next the hotel staff is very rude. I did order tea and some water bottles and the room service for this was quick and I didn’t have any other encounter with their restaurant or service staff. I had an interactions with their front desk and the they are very rude and unprofessional. Their check in time is 1:15 pm. I had to arrive early and leave very early the next day and I called them before hand to confirm if they can accommodate the request. The guy literally listened my conversation recording with them and then charged 500 rupees extra for early check in. Same thing with extra bed. They wanted to charge 800 rupees extra for the bed as I told earlier the original bed was very small. It was just a night so we managed somehow but their customer service is terrible. All in all a big NO to this hotel from my side this does not deserve more than 500/- rupees per night looking at the condition of the hotel, rooms and its services

Not bad, staffs were cooperative, breakfast was good too. need to work on lighting inside room and toilet. lacks regular maintainance and upgradation.

Room service is good,, Bath room toilet neetnes is average. kettle for preparation of bed coffee/ tea is not provided in the room.

recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The condition of the room was below expectations – it was not well-maintained and lacked cleanliness. Additionally, the quality of the food was quite poor and did not meet basic standards in terms of taste or freshness. The worst ever experience in Hyderabad. I booked Premium Room, however they allocate first a deluxe room and after complaint they changed it. AC is not working in any of the room, washrooms are pathetic without any toiletries. On the top of it, they don’t have kitchen, they order on only Idli and Chatni in the breakfast from outside and serve you, no other option. Please don’t ruin your day at this non sense hotel.

There was no hot water, very poor room service ,we paid for free breakfast and they did not provide breakfast . Staff is not supportive
