Good Stay
The rooms were average. There is no food services here but you can get food ordered from outside and it arrives early being centre of the city. The office is away from the rooms and reception so billing and paper work takes time apart from this for stay of short duration it is good.

Bad hotel
couplePoor rooms, very shoddy, no restaurant and saw even people complaining of poor service and loud music. Please stay away from this property

Poor experience
Nothing is there except a bed and washroom, no one attendant, no telephone working, no temporary sleepers, you need to go outside without sleepers approx 100 meters outside to call watchman

Comfortable stay

Terrible Stay
Windsor is not a hotel, mmt cheated us, the property is under construction, we ran away when we saw the haunted atmosphere there, we haven’t checked in there and immediately informed the same to mmt. We have claimed for the refund but still there is no response from mmt

Pathetic management. Took us 2 hours to get a room, no staff available to answer basic queries, bad service even after full payment in advance.

It's like a boutique hotel. While the construction looks new and staff support is great, it can do much better by having restaurant and keeping the rooms tidier.

It has a nice ambience but only deficiency is restaurant which is essential as nearby no restaurant is available.

Terrible Stay
The hotel needs to focus on maintenance of the assets it is holding. Good rooms but not maint. Moreover the hotel needs to really work deliberately upon rodent treatment. That's why i am not giving more than one star because hygeine comes first-most over all the aspects.
