actually my supposed check-in time is 12pm. i arrived at 1pm and they made me wait for the 30 min for the allocation of the room. there is no telephone and no room service. They haven't gave the towels and soaps. when the food order came they didn't allow the delivery boy inside and forced me to go down and pick the parcel. they knocked my door at 10am and asked me to vacate by 11am since there is a booking at 11.30, my question is why they told me the checkin time of mine is 2pm and how come other customer can check in by 11.30am.. ?? overall experience is 1/10.

​My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing and did not live up to the promises made during booking. ​I had booked three rooms for two nights, all with king-sized beds, but was instead given rooms with single beds. It was incredibly uncomfortable for a couple to have to sleep separately. Furthermore, basic amenities were completely absent. We had to repeatedly ask for toiletries and even a simple bottle of water, which should have been provided in the room upon arrival. ​The issues continued in the rooms themselves. The air conditioner in one of our rooms was leaking all night, leaving half the floor soaked. Additionally, a hair dryer was listed as an available amenity, but when we asked for one, the property manager told us he didn't even have one on-site and seemed unaware that it was listed on the booking page. ​The most shocking part of our stay was the food quality. It was truly awful, not even meeting the standard of street food. There was no one in the kitchen to address our concerns or assist us with anything. ​The only positive aspect of this property was its cleanliness. However, given the numerous other issues with false advertising, lack of basic services, and terrible food, I cannot recommend this hotel.
