Yes. Premises was very badly maintain. The photos and actual premises are completely difference. No maintenance. Garden was very bad & unable to use. Children play area is also useless & badly maintain. Rooms were not properly clean. Few sofa were damaged. Really very bad experience. After seen the property in realty, it is waste of money. I would not pay even rs. 10000 for such property. Overall very bad experience with cleanliness, services and property. Suggestion.. It's wasted of money.

I had amazing time with my family in this beautiful villa and enjoyed each and every moment. Service was superb by mr. Lalit bhai who was very helpful and very kind the service was outstanding. Mr. Lalit bhai was friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with any requests. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The daily housekeeping kept the villa immaculate. Thanks to prem villa and mr. Lalit bhai for making our stay wonderful.

The villa is located at a really convenient location close to the national highway. Also, the villa has been mostly maintained well. There are a few chairs that need to be repaired. Also, the water pressure in the above bathroom is slow. Needs to be increased. The beds, pillows, mattresses, bedsheets were clean and fresh. We booked for 10 people out of wchi 6 people ended up there. Although we were there for just about 16 hours, the overall experience was wholesome. The lawn and the swimming pool needs some maintenance. Overall for short duration the place was comfortable. Will try going for longer duration next time. The caretaker is good and helpful as well.

We enjoyed our stay at prem villa. Care taker lalith served us well. He was very responsive and made a loo pratha for breakfast which was tasty. The property was neat and eight of us enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun in the pool. Would recommend this villa for families with kids as well as seniors. Location was also good.
