Review Of Pratiksha Himalayan Retreat

We stayed at Pratiksha and it was a good experience, just the kind of stay we had anticipated. The tranquility of Kausani is passed on to the hotel itself.

Nice hotel in ranikhet. Beautiful view from balcony and restaurant. Food was great but limited options. All staffs are great , ready to help with a big smile. Bathroom was packed with all necessary toiletries. Will recommend to my friends and families and hopefully will come back again.

I stayed in the property for 2 nights. The service was good but the attitude of the manager was terrible, seems he is paying us for staying there. Mountain view from rooms is okay but the hotel situated bit lower side of kausani. Specially if you are staying on -2 & -1 level. No activity happened on 31st night except bonfire. Overall poor experience and not recommended.

Room is very good as per expectations and staff is very humble & helpful. Definitely recommend this one for family. Also, just fyi, nainital has hotels at very steep climb, though the vehicles even suv reaches the hotel, if one has aged parents then it will not be very easy to travel up & down as most probably after parking car you would like to walk down or hire bike taxi to and from mall road and surrounding areas.

Stayed for 1 night. Very nicely decorated spacious room. Himalaya was visible right from the glass window and balcony, location was easily accessible, food was very tasty. We had an early checkout next day, the staff is very cooperative, they arranged our breakfast early. Next time I would like to stay few more days there.

Beautiful hotel with views of himalaya. Rooms directly facing himalayan range. Food served is excellent. Breakfast excellent. Heater provided in the room. Bed sheets and other items are clean. Staff v cooperative. Hotel v near to tea garden and temple. Enjoyed our stay

Maybe it was due to off season and staff shortage but the food was barely edible. Bedsheet was torn, tt table and bat were broken. Had to cut our stay from 2 nights to 1. Requested the front desk if they could adjust the food bill in second night amount but it was denied. Would not recommend this property in off season.

A bigger room was given with bunker extra bed food was good hotel staff were very nice and helpful a musical night was also organised the property is not walkable from anasakti aaram, etc and a car is required with you if you stay here. Activity room should be upgraded.

Lovely and peaceful placs for vacation, nice food, clean rooms, con-fort stay, staff mr puran singh bhukhani is a very nice and humble person. Recommend it for vacation and religious trip to sri baijnath temple and sri baghnath temple.

Excellent location of the hotel. The amenities are good and the icing on the cake is the excellent, sumptuous local cuisines cooked for us by the chef mr. Deo/dev. The staff is very cooperative and attends to the issues immediately. A little attention to room and linen cleanliness would get a 5 star rating for the hotel, which i have otherwise rated as 4. 2 overall.

The property is neat, well maintained and right on the road. You park your vehicle on the top floor and then go downstairs to the room. The staff is cooperative, courteous and well trained. They took care of all our requests. The views are amazing from the property. It is located near to the main attractions of the tea gardens and the shawl emporium. The highest viewpoint in kausani is only 1km away from the property. The room are spacious and clean and provide spectacular views of peaks from nanda devi east to hathi-gauri peak. Restaurant serves great food.

I stayed here for two nights. The position of the hotel is very good. There is a awesome view from room as well as from the roof top resturant. Service is excellent. Highly recommended for kaushani tour.

Room and food is good. Driver arrangement is dormitory was poor. Our driver decided it's better to sleep in the car rather than dormitory. As far as room food and service is considered it is excellent

I stayed with family and it was awesome experience being there in pratiksha. View from hotel is usp along with cleaness and hygiene. Staff are very courteous and welcoming. It's worth to stay there with mesmerizing view of himalayan. Food is very tasty and service is very fast.
