Food quality was not at all good.

The location was very superb... excellent view from the property.. literally no words to express the experience while stay.. recommended for stay ❣️❣️staff was also very cooperative..

Very old property, needs maintenance, food was bad, bedding was not clean. Overall our experience was not good.

No cons ..only pros Reasonable price... Great location... They have a pet dog..though my family is afraid of dogs...yet they loved it very much.. Cooperative staff and owner..

Had a wonderful stay at Aashritha Heritage Home Stay for two nights in the last week of March. I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try based on the images and existing ratings — and the stay truly justified that decision. The homestay is beautifully located, with well-maintained rooms and stunning panoramic views of the Garhwal Himalayas — from Kedar Dome and Chaukhamba in the west, to Trishul, Nanda Devi, Panchachuli, and all the way to the Nepal Himalayas including Api, Bobaye, and Jethi Bahurani in the east. We witnessed one of the most breathtaking sunrises here, with the sun rising over the Nepal Himalayas — an unforgettable moment. Mr. Ajay, the owner, was friendly and helpful. He generously upgraded our stay from a ground floor room to a first-floor room, which made our experience even more special. The staff was also a group of polite and helpful young men who added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to keep coming back to this place in the future.

Location is good. Food is also good. But not very well maintained. The rugs had a smell, the place needs maintenance. In my opinion the place is not worth the price.

Location was good but can not sit outside. Tv was not working, eventually had to shift to other room next day. Renovation work was going on there with lot of noise even in the night. No dining area. Food was little costly. Could not see the host mr. Ajay as advised.

Place is awesome, excellent location. Staff are amazing. Deepika is the owner who extremely polite, professional and friendly in guiding us. Amazing cook, staff are extremely polite and well mannered.

Bad was below average quality. Mattresses was not cleaned properly and smells little odour. No ceiling fan in room, small table fan provide which placed imbalance on wooden table.

Our stay at ashrita kaushani was quiet comfortable. It was like a homely environment. Recommended for staying.

We found hygeine issue with blanket.

Beautiful stay. Spacious n clean rooms. Room service is available. Food is good. There's always a dog with whom you can play if you're a dog lover. Views are excellent, right from the kedar range to the panchachuli extending towards himalayan peaks near nepal border. Sunrise & sunset views are mesmerising.

Rooms are not comfortable. Heater not available. Not driver friendly atall.

The property is at the top of the hill. The view of the himalayas from the property is just amazing. The rooms are clean and well managed. The service is prompt. Food needs to improve.

Bed sheet is smelling ,towel is also very dirty.....owner has negative response.......

the property is pretty, tastefully done and with fantastic views of trishul, nanda ghunti and other himalayan mountains. the property is not far from the market, and yet at a distance, which ensures minimal disturbance from cacophony of the marketplace. the hosts are wonderful, warm and generous. it only adds to the experience that there are 4 lovely friendly dogs😀.

*cons - property was incorrectly listed on mmt. Mmt invoice says 'double bedroom room' and owner argues that it is 'single deluxe room' *cons - rooms had all kinds of pests from cockroach to some silver unknown flies. *cons - we were adjusted to neighborhood property which had no garden/lawn for which we had booked property aashritha. My recommendation - please do not book this property if you are with kids.
