Very bad service hotel staff is not provided room due to dispute with mm t

I stayed there for 2 nights & three days starting from 13 august 2022. Hotel looks good from outside but from inside rooms are moreover like normal guests houses. Room was small, furniture's were cheap, old & outdated. Further, door locks were ill fitted, curtains were not so tidy & power socket & charging points are also not up to the mark. Furthermore, bathroom was very small, wash basins, water taps & toilet seats are also not to the average hotel standards plus for shower you will get a untidy plastic bucket & mugs. As i visited the hotel in a peak holiday season, they have only an excuse that they did not have much staffs for managing the hotel & rooms. In the ground floor it have a restaurant where you can get normal desi foods but services was pathetic. As i visited the Varanasi for pilgrimage, so i did not raised much issues to the hotel management. But, it need much improvisation to run it for a longer period.

after booking first they denied check-in to hotel, after lots of conversation with team and owner they have allowed check-in but at the time of check out they have charged 200 rupees extra in the name of gst bill. i have talked 3-4 time with your team regarding this..

As per the charge the facilities were very bad

Location is good on-road, hotel service is good.

Hotel staff behaviour is not good, Hotel not hygienic it's very dirty room bed bathroom. I prefer u don't give booking for this Hotel from Ur App.

Workers don't know how to treat their customers.

Not up to the standard. Average hotel. Service was not good and variety of food was not available.
