    Terrible Stay

    this is my first and worst experience when i reached my hotel they denied my excess and when i contact they take almost 45 min to shift my hotel and that hotel is not too good as per my booking expectations which i earlier booked so over all this is my first and last experience with you and 2nd is that i have also booked a train ticket with trip guarantee and payed 500 extra for that and at the end of they give me only 1 rac ticket.
