They didn’t provided room on mm t booking, and argued that room is provided if booking is done 24 hours before.

Room was not clean, even electricity plug was broken, toilet was not clean, room service was not available after check-out room.

It was a very bad experience to stay hotel like this, there was no room service, no water bottle, dirty bathroom. it was a big mistake to choose this hotel.

I booked that hotel for a family stay of four people. There we inspected many rooms choosing for the suitable one. But all the rooms and the attached bathrooms there were highly dirty, at least up to what they showed to us. Finally we chose a bad room out of worse. There the beds had bugs. Bed sheets, pillow covers, carpet, furniture and walls were full of dark stains, appearing black. We asked them to change the bedsheets and pillow covers with the clean ones. But they replaced it with some other room's ones. Bathroom had very dirty floor, walls and toilet and on top of it there were insects inside. And somehow we managed to stay there for a day. I will never recommend any person to stay there.

Mid in bus stand to bhawan. Hotel service is average hotel room is average hotel facilities is average Value for money is good. Hotel cleanliness is good. Overall that hotel is good for family.
