My recent hotel stay was a refreshing escape. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly, offering smooth check-in and helpful information about the amenities. The room was clean, modern, and comfortably furnished, with a cozy bed and stunning views. The bathroom was well-stocked with premium toiletries. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of fresh options. Throughout my stay, the service was exceptional, and I felt valued as a guest. Overall, it was a pleasant and rejuvenating experience, exceeding my expectations.

Locaion is good with very beautiful garden having many types roses of different colours. Restaurant service should not be booked online, it can be requested there itself. It will also be cheaper. Great chances of negotiaions are there. Good hotels indeed.

It was our biggest mistake of Kashmir tour. Very bad experience at this hotel actually nobody should stay at this hotel. Very bad hospitality and no facility. No manners in staff. Nobody is there to look after. Please remove this hotel from your list.

Overall a very pathetic experience. Very bad ambience and the staff was also very uncooperative. Location was okay but not recommended to anyone. Please do not stay in this pathetic hotel. It can ruin your entire trip experience to Kashmir.

I would like to say one thing which was not up to the mark was the waiter service, in which we have face bit problems. Hotel location was good and it was clean and bedding was totally fine. In the morning we faced lot of problems while contacting waiters who were not available for almost an hour which was highly not acceptable.

The location was good and the property was good. Based on the needs of the customer fans could be provided as there are no fans in the hotel. The cleanliness aspect has to be looked at. It was not upto the mark. The toilets were not spic and span and that does not augur well.

Its locality is excellent as there is market nearby and it is near to garden and sight seeing. The staff is really helpful and provides good service. But, the heater facility is not there, though on request they give hot bed. Food is also good and Jain food is provided on request.

There was lot of delay in each and every thing. Serving food, supply of water (which we didnt received on day.

Our experience is worst. The kitchen facility is poor. The arrangement of breakfast and dinner is not at all hygienic.

Nice Hotel. Though about a km from main market but on the main road. Food was good even to some extent they were preparing of your choice. Hospitality was good and responded promptly to any need. Hot water all time. Good view of the icy peaks from the hotel,clean etc. Finally worth money.

I used towel when I stay there. They are putting same towels in outside for drying water and same is used for other guest. I never see this type of food in my life. I have taken with dinner and breakfast and not even eatable food. I went outside for my food after paying for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is away from the market place. However is spaciously constructed. Food menu is restricted to the choice of the hotel cook and not to that of the tourist which is disappointing. Hotel staff though are pleasant and make the place worthwhile. Would give it a 3 /5 Star.

Room service can be improved.

Almost all arrangements were good in pine palace resort. Mr Sareer Ahmed and Farooz Iqbaal Rani served us promptly and took care of our stay and comfort. We suggest this as a good hotel at Pahalgam.

We were here for only 1 night since next day we had to leave for Srinagar. Everything is good. Food and ambience also only 5 minutes walking distance from market. We had a very good stay and enjoyed a lot. Will recommend everyone the same and staff is very helpful.

Hotel Pine Palace Pehelgam is an average place with a good location. It is located in the heart of Pehelgam. Staff out there was very cooperative. Food out there was highly OK. They have a good garden. Rooms and wash rooms are highly OK. Recommended to people who have low budget.

Total experience is outstanding. Hospitality and food is excellent. Management is flexible to your needs. Hotel staff are cooperative and well behaved. Location is only 3.5 kms from main market. Convenient to all. Connectivity to cabs and bus service. I strongly recommend tourists to go for Holiday Resorts and Cottages.

Food was pathetic and rooms were dirty. Bathrooms were like jhuggi, beds were not having good sheets, no room heaters, no shower, rooms were small, food and staff was pathetic my advice never pay in advance for food. They served the water from wash basin no WiFi, no electricity, no security, such a dirty place to live, such a bad experience.
