Excellent location right by the lake! it is such a hidden gem giving udaipur vibes closer to jaipur and also at a much cheaper rate!

Very good hotel, with rooms with historical relics, very beautiful and ancient buildings, delicious breakfast and dinner, great service staff

It is a very old property adjoining a natural lake with great view. They have renovated the property well but requires more renovation. Food is good. Service is good. However, as the number of guests are less, we need to order in advance.

The food was bad. The service poor. The blanket covers were dirty and we had to get them changed. The location was great.

All experiences were good. The staff and services in phool mahal palace must be more professional & in systematically operated. Some modern facilities are also required, like- boating in lake, cab service & local site seeing services

Good hospitality and location.

Would not recommend to anyone during summer when the management is not prepared for guests. I was the first guest after seven days They needed prior instructions for a cup of tea. No kettle in the room. Only saving grace was the lakeside view.

The staffs and management were very much courteous.
