Great location but service and management need improvement.
The family room was good. However, we were told that our preferred choice would be subject to availability, and we didn’t get the one we wanted. But the room we received was still nice. The bathroom tiles need some renovation. The room and bed were fine. The service was quite slow—whenever we requested something, it took a long time to arrive. We had our meals outside the hotel. We stayed for three nights. On the second night, I couldn’t sleep because the room next to ours was allocated to some guests who returned late at night. From 2:00 AM to 4:30 AM, there was continuous movement near our door, and the guests next door kept locking and unlocking their door repeatedly. In the morning, I asked about it and was told that some guests had arrived late at night, causing a disturbance for everyone. I believe the hotel should strictly address such situations to avoid harming its reputation and disturbing other guests. During the day, I spoke to Sheru Ji at the reception about this issue, and he assured me that there would be no disturbance that night, as those guests had checked out. True to his word, the following night was peaceful, which I really appreciated. Overall, if the hotel owner is reading this review, I would like to say that Phoenix Hotel is in a great location, but the service needs improvement. A good location should be complemented by good service.

Bad Experience
I booked an executive room and there were a few things missing from what is mentioned on MMT rooms details. There were no chairs in the room, no electronic safe, there was clothes rack but no closet, no heater, no iron, no work desk, no slippers. There was smoking smell in the room as soon as we entered the room even after I asked for non smoking room, might be from previous guests. At night between 12 AM to 2 AM, there were other guests making noise, were smoking in common area instead of dedicated balcony area which was causing smell coming to our room as well and it disturbed our sleep. I tried to contact reception through intercom but there was no one picking up the phone, at last I had to call MMT support, even they tried to contact owner on multiple numbers but no one picked again, finally support asked me to get out of bed on a winter night and walk to reception to ask them face to face to resolve the issue. It took me a couple of mins to wake the person sleeping near the reception and asked him to connect with MMT, after that only they were able to resolve the issue. No complementary water bottles were provided in the room on second day. The cable connection was not working in the room. Property has a basement parking which is good. Location is also good.

This stay is value for money, at a good location and nice construction with fancy cafes on the ground floor with nice themes. Hotel rooms are good with nice colour combinations. The bathroom is very nice too.
