Review Of Pearl Hotel

This hotel is a good, Good Room, Clean washroom. But staff looks careless . I give them aadhar card for entry at check in time and I asked them back at sleeping time, otherwise I almost forgot my aadhar card there. There was Milton 5 ltr bottle available in room with Glass but staff provided drinking water in used plastic bottle. Looks like Shethji to Achchhe hai, lekin staff careless hai ..

Most of them are roaming here and there, and water down at 3 am no one awakened to start water supply

I booked hotel room from mm t app requesting for late check in. We reached hotel at 11:10pm and the guy at reception doesn’t even know that we have booking at hotel. After 30mins he gave us a room in which there were no lights in washroom. We requested for new room but he refused to do so and was convinced us to take that room. We had a word with hotel owner. Owner asked us to manage with it or cancel the booking. At midnight he was telling us to cancel booking. This was a very horrible experience. Mm t should not tie up with this type of hotel, which will degrade the standard of mm t as well.
Hotel room was not clean. There are many small hair were in bedsheet and pillow.

It is a new property. Very well maintained and clean. Staff is excellent and always eager to help. It's rare to find a hotel that allocates a room at 7 Am in the morning without extra charges and also allows to refresh late in the evening even though I checked-out in the morning. They are very quick in decisions related to service. They served tea even at 12 am!! I recommend this property, at this rate it's difficult to find such a happy and relaxing stay anywhere. Recommended even for couples and families as it is located in the heart of the city. Autos are available easily just outside the hotel and very nearby to central bus stand and railway station. Only negative side is the slowest possible elevator - it took 30 seconds for elevator to go from ground floor to first floor and vice versa.

At first they taken order of dinner and after 1 hour they said that gas was over it's really a very strange situation for us and at 11 pm we move around here and there for food. What a shame service they provide.
