Good service. Good cleanliness. Good food. Well mannered staff.

No security personnel was available but the receptionist and room service members were always presented at the entry. Lift was in good condition. And rajkot is always a safe space. Water was provided during checkin. Staff had a very polite nature. But the hygiene was not up to mark because i saw a mouse in my room and there were spider webs hanging around the corner. But these are small flaws, except the mouse, that can be ignored when you are happy.

I have liked this place because of the overall ambience. The rooms are clean. Service is fast. Food is very fresh, pure, healthy, tasty and served hot. The location is in mid of city, so, convenient to commute within the city. The staff is very charming, well behaved, helpful and fast in services. Overall I would say this hotel is excellent. I got the best value for my money. It's worth staying every time or anytime you are at Rajkot.

I have found many cockroaches in the room and wash room.
