Worst stay experience
familyBut they gave us a room totally different, worst conditioned very old room. From dirty curtains to dirty toilet. It's lock was also not working. Provided blanket also was looking not washed from many days. Ac was old type model, also not working condition. For room service we had to call multiple times to get done. No nearby food options available, only menu card they shared was only option. Next day we had to book other hotel

There is no provide extra bed, only lying mattress on floor for 3rd person, don't provide dental kit

Terrible Stay
Not satisfied. Seepage on walls. Doors are very hard due to rain. Towels are dirty. Unpleasant smell. Very poor experience.

Very bad experience never want to go again
The extremely bad room given. You can't see in the mirror. In Washroom everything is broken. AC working like a fan. The manager refused to change the room initially. Very bad attitude. 2nd Day change room. Everything is Room Is like expiry date.

The worst experience
Rooms very dirty. Bed was not good to sleep. AC not working. Bathroom very dirty and stinking. V reached at 10 in the night and went for work in the morning by 10 the staff asked us when we would be checking out. They had taken our ID cards in the night but not returned it we had to ask for it . . No one to even carry the luggage in the room we had to do it by ourselves would not to recommend this hotel to anyone.
