Good room, good service and location is correct, rate is also comparable, overall good, service person are always helpful, as per my view excellent. In term of service is best. Room fresh Er also they have provided, I will nex time again

Hotel Modern is a budget hotel and for the amount they are offering rooms its worth staying there. Location of hotel is bit inside but with Google map you can reach there easily. Service and staff are of good quality. Rooms are old fashioned but clean and comfortable.

Its not preferred with family. If your solo its OK. Room was clean but was smelling weird. Room service need to be improved. Location is not at all good, you can't find the hotel easily. Better hotels available then this one.

Hotel location is good near old s t stand. Hotel is not clean room is not well maintained bathroom not clean. Bed sheet not been changed daily. Intercom not working properly. No value for money. Being good location it can be one of good hotel but not maintained so no wish to visit again

We have not stayed in BABA hotel. They have allot ed the rooms to others and arranged another hotel for us. We have not enjoyed this trip due to their mis management. We prefer baba hotel to call their customer first before giving room to others.

It's OK kind of hotel. Value for money but few downs as poor location and below average hotel maintaince. Rest is OK if you just want to spend a night with looking at the saving of your hard earned money.

The stay in this hotel was nice, services was also very good, amenities was also up to the mark, hotel is behind to old bus stand keep in mind, hotel building is old one but remuneration is going on, overall nice to stay.

Hotel was OK, no problem there. Building was old, room service was satisfying. Hotel is very near to bus stand and market. Hotel staff was co-operative.
