The hotel you offered was a terrible place, very dirty. I booked it based on your brand image, was thoroughly disappointed. Instead of addressing my concerns, you are just trying to lure. Very unfortunate.

Food is average, room is good but toilet stings cleaning was not done properly of toilet. Lobby lights was not switch on

No swimming pool, bed room, no public, no staff, no canteen

Good cleanliness, spaces room, co operativr staffs

All staff is supported and cleaning is good good food sanitiz room and maintain good

Only difficulty was the location of hotel. It's in outskirts of the City

Bad response from staff. No food. No water for drink. No water in bathroom. Too much bad type services. I suggest not to go for stay.
