Poor Stay
In my room during the cleaning they have misplaced my tiffin box of more than value of 500. This type of behaviour reflects poor level of professionalism. The staffs were rude and demanding extra cash while citing the reason of GST revision

Excellent Stay
I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

Poor Stay
The rooms are way smaller than shown. The environment is bad and not suitable for family.. The room stinks of moisture. The bedsheets, towels and pillows were dirty. Also the only thing good in restaurant is tea, Dont try Poha!

A home away from home
Morning i confirmed my booking, i reached hotel at 12 noon, staff behaved in good manner, as i was single, room was good for a single person. Overall stay was nice!

Not a good stay
We needed a place to stay near by husband's office because of transfer to a new city. The hotel seemed fine in pictures, but on reaching the experience was subpar. Bathroom wasn't exactly clean. Room service wasn't available half the time, and the one time we ordered lunch, they took 1.5 hours. We had to cancel our lunch order because of that. Porter boys were helpful, but the people at the reception were not. we shifted out to a new hotel the next itself.
