restroom had some smell

The rooms were so dirty. washroom was so smelly ans dirty.. very very unclean. Even after changing rooms it was the worst stay.. the bedspreads had hair and stains.. dirty smell of the mattress and pillow.. couldn’t even sleep. Disgusting stay.only non veg food in restaurant. I believed the reviews and booked but was cheated.

Neat and clean rooms. The tv and phone in one room did not work. The breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

The rooms and stay was pretty fine. But I feel somehow discriminated by religion . Morning breakfast was complimentary. My self, my wife, my 2 kids and parents were having breakfast and we were treated like we are trespassers. A guy in the restaurant asked for the room numbers at least 5 times. We asked for lemon tea and he didn’t even care a damn about that. We left from there with a fear and will never recommend this for people who are going to tiruchendur

Very pleasant stay and we look forward to stay again when we visit Thiruchendur in future. Thank you

Rooms were spacious and pleasant environment. Parking was available. Food was good.15mins near to Thiruchendur Temple.

The hotel room service was very poor and the room looked and stayed ok but the water complaint and not good kept improving the maintenance....

Maintenance is worst

A good resort to stay. Though there are small improvements needed in maintenance, the service is good. You get what you ask for. a decent hotel to stay in that area.

Staff was awesome and very decent crowd. My kids enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to Front Desk Team, security, house keeping and restaurant team

Food @ location was very much impressive. Cleanly maintained. Since it's little away from the city it was free from noises and the air is free from pollution. Will recommend to my contacts.

The property was not mainted so well, and the location is not very prime as well. Facilities like extra blankets and pillows were not available. Manger could have been a little smooth in communication

Good location and value for money. Children play area is good and families staying with kids can have leisure play time. Ample parking space for cars & bikes. Complimentary breakfast can be done better.

It is a good resort to stay near tiruchendur temple, which has an ac charger for ev vehicles. The children's play area is nice. Staffs are friendly, food is excellent, parking facility is good.

Clean and nice rooms. Courteous staffs. Overall a pleasant stay.
