It's was quite unprofessional treatment as despite the full hotel there was food service at the mercy of its owners. Yesterday night we had to run for food here n there as the owner was attending his family function duly locking all the kitchen service even disposable cups were not available. The rooms were not upto mark and there was no ac despite rooms being hot specifically in day time. There was no local service or public convenience to local markets. Though hotel owner given us pick up service it was at his mercy for drop which he finally denied too. It was a very bad experience as we felt as caught by making full payments upfront. We never expected any such partner of mmt.

I want to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay with us. Please note that there is a bus stop top of the hotel and taxi services are available upon request. Although it was not part of our agreement, we went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary pickup for your convenience.
We also provided an extra mattress upon your request, which was a chargeable service that you declined to pay for. Despite this, our staff continued to accommodate your needs.
However, we noticed that you occupied a deluxe room despite booking a standard room. Our staff still chose to cooperate with you. When I requested payment for the upgrade, you declined.
