familyBathroom door had no latch to close when not in use. Because of this flies were coming in the room. Also there was no water available in the bathroom, wash basin, and toilet. Geaser too was not working. Also the hotel charged extra rs. 400 for extra bed which after a long fight with through a rs. 700 voucher for future use.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Sir your complimentry breakfast was only for one adult as per the booking. But we provided for 2 adults. As per the booking there would be no heater provided in the room & the charges would be extra. The bill wasnt paid for the heater the dinner breakfast and bedding for driver that we gave even wasnt paid full. Anyways thanks for visiting high & seek. Do visit again and we'll make sure to make your stay memorable.
