Review Of Park residency

We had an issue with the location, the lady staff there wasn't helpful at all. Anyways makemytrip staff assisted us and we had a good stay. Room had some smell and food was average no selection at all.

The room was not good. The toilet Exhaust fan was masking Noise. Don't feel the room was properly cleaned

the food in the restaurant was going d. the room was good for two days but the next day there were insects that were in the room . Kindly look into this . otherwise the stay was good the service was also good

I recently stayed at Park Residency in Adoor and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided good service and hospitality. However, the food quality could be better to improve the overall experience.

Poor service. They didn’t explain when will be the break fast. I booked for 2 meals package and didn’t get the 2 nd meals of the day

Located about 4kms from ado-or town, the hotel is easily accessible. Room was okay for a short stay. Restaurant has very limited vegetarian options and food is average quality. Lino from front desk was very helpful. A neat and clean place for a short stay of 1-2 days but not recommended for longer stays

The rooms were clean and all the necessary amenities were provided such as toiletries, iron box, electric kettle, tea and coffee sachets. Things to work on - the electric kettle needs to be cleaned as there was some limescale deposits. The water in the bathrooms doesn't drain away completely, so it takes time to dry even with the exhaust on. Shower curtains should be put up on the existing curtain rods to prevent water from splashing to the rest of the bathroom. The food was decent. Overall a good stay.

Hotel facilities and location are good. But the restaurant standard is not up to the mark. Service is very poor. Seems due to the lack of staff. Complementary breakfast is also very poor, with very little selection, and the charges in our room bill for this option is very high looking into the options given.

Couple of km from adoor, but close to the convention centre i had my function in. Has a good restaurant. Great service at reception and restaurant!
