It was a nice stay, staff behavior is really good, room amenities were top-class, only limitation being there is no ceiling fan

I give rating 3 because no morning tea provided due to Onam their kitchen closed, but if they take booking at least they can give a tea

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Coral Heights, Alleppey. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly, and location was convenient. Overall service was prompt, and the stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

They gave me a card for the door key but it doesn't work 😔 so I need to call a staff for every time I went to room

Very clean rooms close to the national highways but away from all noises. Walking distance to sreekrishna temple. Restaurant has good food and services

The experience on hotel during the checkin and stay was not as expected and not value for money. As the hotel mail was not accessible by hotel itself we had to wait around 30 mins on call with the makemytrip assistant to get a check-in. And the assistant send me the hotel voucher to me due as the hotel was not aware about accessing their mail. I was with my wife and 5 month old baby and it was a late night checkin which we had to wait a long time on the lobby. Even after getting the room, the room was occupied with mosquitos and had smoke smelled bathroom. Only worth around a 1500 but where they charge around 3100. Skip

Short stay at ambalapuzha, hotel coral. Rate seems a bit high. The room and facilities were good. Location was excellent, food and amenities were good.

The hotel is in the center of the city and near to temple. Its well maintained and staffs are good. Food could be made more authentic to kerala.

Ac was not calling and water mist was spread-ed across the room

Hotel located very close to the temple. 10mins walk or 2mins drive. They have given us free upgrade to executive room. Room and bathroom was very neat and clean. As per them hot water available only in the morning from 5am but even with multiple follow up we did not get it. Breakfast included in the package is not worth as it is not buffet. But it was good.

Very noisy rooms, every voice from outside travels inside the room. Other than the experience of ok.

Poorly kept room linen with hair of the previous occupier’s. The shower head is rusted and the bathrooms are smelly.

The stay was good. The best part was very tidy and clean, well maintained. We had the afternoon meals at their in house restaurant. The taste was good but it was expensive and the service was not up to the mark.

The hotel is awesome stay, good staff, good rooms, ambalapuzha temple is very near. I enjoyed staying there. Very near to city also.
