I had a horrible experience at this hotel. After check-in, there were no toiletries in the room. Even after asking multiple times, the staff kept saying they would send them but never did—not even the next morning. The reception staff were arrogant, rude, and gave no proper response. The room was filthy—the bed was not clean, pillows had dirt, and I even found hair on the bed. Totally unhygienic and unacceptable! This hotel is a complete waste of a customer’s hard-earned money. I strongly advise MakeMyTrip to review such properties seriously, as customers like me end up wasting money on a stay that doesn’t even meet basic standards.

First I booked the room for 3 days but due to this room ambience and just shifted to another room after 1 day.. their is no cancellation refund as well. They say its an delux room its is an very small room with lesser space. Their hospitality is worse .. They provide complementary breakfast but they give preference to the one who orders it( Resturant visitors).

Stay has been comfortable. Property is accessible to highway. Location is in proximity to Railway station. All other amenities are simply superb
