My booking was already confirmed and paid for through MMT, and I had clearly selected same-day check-in. When I questioned this, the female staff rudely claimed I had made a wrong booking and said check-in would not be allowed until I confirmed via email—even though confirmation was already provided by MMT.
The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, treating me as if I had committed a mistake. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they started quoting their so-called "policies" as a warning: no outside food or guests allowed in the hotel. Even something as basic as the WiFi password was denied despite asking four times.
When I requested to speak with the manager, the female staff refused to provide the contact. Out of sheer frustration, I had no choice but to change the hotel that very night, which cost me ₹5000. On top of that, they charged me an extra ₹1500, adding to the harassment.
Because of this experience, I had to book another hotel separately—this time not through MMT. Honestly, after this, I doubt I’ll ever use MMT again.
This property does not deserve 4 stars—not because of the facilities, but because of the terrible and arrogant behavior of the staff.
