Review Of Paradise Camping Resort

Indian government already gave advisory all JK hotels. But this hotel not accepting advisory cancellation booking for money. Same things happening from make my trip also. I requesting all my Amarnath yatri friends don't book this hotel and make my trip app for further future booking in JK, because they are not accepting Indian government rules. Thanks

We are 8 adults with 2 kids have booked 4 tents. Tent size is ok and location is amazingly beautiful. Bad Side is, dirty/used washrooms with lots of leakage of water. Few tents doesn't have mirror. No intercom, everytime you have to walked down to reception to get anything. Dirty/used bedsheets and covers. Electric blanket was not in working condition. Facility is very poor. No proper food available.

Please up date my account thus booking was not done I have already advices you this hotel is not a hotel nor Camping its few tents in miserable condition more over the said that they have no booking and also has no vacancy so we returned back to Srinagar and did nit used this hotel. Please treat the booking as candled and accordingly the amount should be added to my cash balance

Amazing stay and atmosphere surrounding the stay. People are ready to help and warm if you are a traveller. Tents were big and spacious, heater available during cold seasons and view from tents are good. River next to stay makes it even more refreshing.

Awesome place, but services are very poor. They don't clean rooms and when we tell them they ask for money for cleaning. Food served was not fresh and they were serving very late. Overall nice place but services and cleanliness zero. Will not prefer to go next time.

Had a great experience. It will always be my memorable trip. I was there only for one night. If I come back to sonamarg Jammu & Kashmir I would surely prefer to stay on the same place. Location is near to the glacier water.

I was in Srinagar in April 2015 due to bad weather it was impossible to reach sonmarg I called up hotel and asked for cancellation and refund but hotel management was so rude, they told me we don't know how u reach here(may be by horse riding for 10km ) but our hotel is open and can't give u refund. Its so ridiculous.

Two nights we spent here were the best among the eight nights we spent in Kashmir. If you want to stay close to nature, you cannot find a better place in Sonamarg. Sleeping with the sounds of river Sindh was an experience we will cherish for ever.

This is worst camp I have ever been. Those guy give 1 week food in dinner and so much bad in hospitality. I will never ever recommend anyone to go specially with family. I stayed in June, only the plus point is view but you can't spent more time there.

Look other property if any one is planning to book this resort. This is worthless waste of money... No service... Cottages are dirty... Even the Resort Manager cut the power supply in night. I had booked 2 Swiss Cottages and was surprised when checked inn... There were no one to listen... Kids were disappointed... Requesting to Make My Trip not to list such property in your domain for the sake of customer.

What could I say about this place... It is just awesome in terms of location... I don't think any place in Sonamarg could beat it in terms of location. Facility wise... You have to be a bit less on expectation as its a camp... So being a camp... Rooms and facility were very good... It includes an electric blanket to keep you warm. Food very good... Camp fire and songs in the evening makes your stay very pleasant. Staff is very polite and co operative only negative was no power during night... And the generator was shut off... Note: Not for people expecting luxury... But if you want to be close to nature with reasonable comfort... You have to stay at Paradise Camping..

The resort's location is superb amidst snow clad mountains, green slopes and a stream flowing by. The tent is comfortable with a heated blanked. It is fantastic value for me money but is definitely not luxurious. The owner was polite and looks like has plans to improve the facilities.

Sohanmarg is very beutiful place in kasmir is locasion is very beutiful in camping resort and service is very good and food are so horse and car driver is good per banging are must. Sonmarg is fabulus station down the earth of heaven. Slash riding is superb.

I received SMS and confirmation about my booking and when I reached the place around 5:30 PM. The camp site was being still set up. Appreciate the manager who made our arrangements in a hotel but the entire excitement of camping near a river died down. My kids were very unhappy. Very disappointing with the lack of communication between Makemytrip and the owners. Learnt a big lesson.

Anyone booking this camp should confirm directly before reaching there. I reached Sonamarg with my family in afternoon and after reaching the site of camp, I was shocked to see that there is no camp there. On enquiry they informed that there is some delay and the camp is not ready. They made arrangement for my stay in some nearby the hotel.
