Very good support for staff but i must say the tent and washroom hygiene was just very very sub ordinary for the price i paid

Stay was good however property not worth 5000 rs

No power after 11 poor room quality it is better to find room after reaching pangong

I stayed here during my visit to pangong lake and had an amazing experience. The view of the late is superb. The staff is very polite and mr. Raghu is very helpful. Will recommend the place for stay at pangong.

Food was unhygienic. Nobody can eat.

I must say that the property is very nice n maintained very well by a superb candid n polite staff. Especially mr raju is a one man army there who maintains n takes care of everything like his own house.

The checkin experience was horrible as they did not have any prior info about us checking in, when we complained about the hygiene and maintenance of the tents the host advised us to move to some other cottages managed by some other group ( i think he wanted to rent these tents to some other traveller’s as it was peak season and we had already paid) as they were cosy as compared to his tents, as we had paid the advance so there was no refund even while we headed back to leh as it was not safe to stay in those horrible tents clearly for hygiene and safety reasons, the zip of the tent was also not working, linen was horrible so were the bathrooms.

Hot water was not available for bathing and food and service was very average

No facility or proper service in Camp. No towel was given, bathroom was very bad

The tents were excellent. They could have added a bit of amenities as well like a simple clothes rack etc. Provided just a bed and nothing else
