Honest stay. comfertable and near to ganga. beautiful view. the room was spacious and clean. the food was to die for, fresh and heated.

one of the worst place to stay.... The Hotel management just behind ur money.. they will ask u money offline and treathen if u cross question... also the staff steels things from ur bag..

I have booked this hotel by MMT we have faced very bad experience, 02 Days stay at that hotel,No hot water coming in bathroom , No one come for room service

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The facilities were clean and comfortable, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to commend Vikram Singh for his outstanding service. He was incredibly courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. It's rare to come across such genuinely warm and professional staff. Thank you, Vikram, for making my visit so pleasant—I look forward to returning!

Location is good and bang on Scindia Ghat however the approach road is very narrow due to which reaching the destination is somewhat difficult. Further, there was a lack of support from Hotel staff as Monkey took away my mother's dupatta and I requested for help, however hotel staff told that they can't help.

my experience??? where do i start. We all had a horrible experience in this stay. I cant stress the lack of transportation to this location, which is fine but there is no sign of help from the hotel to lead us there, even rickshaws can't go through the lanes. The staff was extremely disrespectful especially to elderly people. Not only was there less food options it was really high charges as well ...for what? Extremely dissapointing. on top of it there was zero communication from the staff conveying the room check in and check out times. we had an incident where the staff was extremely rude and started screaming at our elderly people, because we were late to check out. so we asked if we could pay for the room for an another day, but we werent given the room because there were more guests coming. in reality no one was there after our check out and furthermore we were charged 1000rs per hour, which is very unfair as we didnt get the room for another day yet we paid 4 times the prices of the room. extremely dissapointing. do not recommend this hotel.

First of all, the receptionist is a very rude person. Looks like they have hired a "Chotu" to deal with the customers. The hotel does not have any lift facility. It is located in a remote place and there is no public transport to reach there directly. I had made a looking for 2 days. On the 1st day, I reached at 11:30pm and they gave me the other category of room and told that the room will be changed tomorrow. I said its difficult to unpack and pack again. He said this is how it is, if you want a room take or can go. He said we have overbooking. I do not how how come they have overbooking. It is same I heard from other guests also. The behavior of the staff is not good. The property is not not easily reachable for everyone, there is no proper road transport as well to the hotel. The property name is heritage but there is nothing like that. The prices are not worth.

Location is fine near ghat which I like the most i a day time , Facilities and sanitation is very good . The owner is humble and they listen to their customer and also helping

No food available,no room cleaning,room not clean, location most horrible,had to walk 1-1.5 kms from vehicle accessible road,Hotel is shabby, surroundings very unclean,staff very arrogant, unbelievable,will never ever suggest,in my 35 years,never ever come across such a horrible hotel,I am shocked how make my trip keeps this type of hotel in their list,do make my trip don't do survey before suggesting to customers

The location of the hotel makes it impossible to reach on your own.The hotel's ambience is the only thing that was good. I had booked two room. First room downstaris was stinking with smell of the gutter. The suite room was good. The proximity to scindia ghat is useful

The hotel’s location and management were excellent, right on the river ghat. The only downside was the food. However, if you choose to eat elsewhere, it’s a great stay with beautiful river views, boating, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Hotel location was perfect as it was on the schindia ghat and close to kashi vishwanath temple. Reaching hotel was quite difficult as we are new to varanasi and google map was of no use inside kashi street. Checking was unnecessarily delayed and room service was quite slow.

Behaviour of the Manager is very bad! I did a pre-booking, he confirmed my booking and then he has cancelled stating now the price is high. Very unprofessional.

1. Hotel is a km away from main road and accessible only by walk. 2. Hotel is 100m away from the scyndhia ghat and thus ganga and the ghar is visible from the hotel rooms facing the ghat. 3. It's old name was east view and many people still know it as east view hotel. 4. The lanes of kashi are as wide as 6 feet and that's why minimum luggage is recommended. 5. Hotel doesn't have lift and hence people with knee pain, especially senior citizens may look for another option or rooms at the first floor. 6. Being close to the ghat, it is one of the preferred stay places and really acts as a boon. 7. Due to lots of mosquitoes, the windows need to be kept close (however the view is not blocked because of glass panes.

This property is located just infront of Scindhia Ghat with best location of Ganga river. Location is bit tricky to find from road but if you will find the location from ghat end, it will be easy to find.Overall the property is good with it's vintage heritage and staff is also helpful. Food is delicious whatever we have ordered. Only one thing which they need to improve a bit on amenities. Otherwise other all things are excellent. Overall I will give 4 out of 5 rating.
