Amazing homestay with warm hospitality, clean rooms . Felt just like home truly a memorable experience. Beautiful place, peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway .

Poor Stay
Last stay at ORRAICA 304 was just terrible no internet supply, poor lighting,tab leakage,no proper cleaning,messy and used towels. The overall experience of last stay was just terrified. It’s not the first time I stayed there all the earlier stays well just fantastic.

Just Terrible
I had stayed at Ankit's place numerous times before this in indore and unlike all my good experiences in the past, this one was completely atrocious and terrible... the previous caretaker vinod was good but this new caretaker seems out of her minds...she doesn't at all care about the needs of the guests and does things of her own freewill... also i told her to come and do cleaning a day before my checkout, she didn't come ...maybe she was thinking that i was checking out the next day and it wasn't needed.. The basins , both kitchen and of bathroom were clogged, only the wifi and location is good... this was my last visit to indore and it was made atrocious and terrible due to this attitude of the caretaker... would never recommend orraica stays at chikitsak nagar

Current Caretaker Shreeram's number is provided to you. Neither he nor I got a call from you about any of the issues mentioned here. Excellent Stay
The property deserve 5 star rating...the ambiance the peace the privacy..everything is top notch..the apartment is clean & safe..the host response promptly...the care taker is responsive and helpful..i felt i am staying at my own home.

Good staying, with facility like ac, fridge full pack home vibe. Also have lots of shops near by for foods.

Good Stay
It is a good Stay in Mahalaxmi Nagar. Malls and other Shopping places are closeby. The Apartment is clean. Kitchen is good
